Please note that although announced at the same time as macOS Big Sur, Apple Silicon processors are an independent release with separate compatibility concerns for NI products. Compatibility with macOS Big Sur will not yet ensure compatibility with Apple Silicon processors. This Guitar Rig 5 Metal Presets Pack is made of a left and right side. It is clearly meant to be played by either 2 guitar players or to be double tracked by one guitarist. So, if you’re looking for the larger than life Metal sound, that’s the way to go. Requires Guitar Rig 5 Pro v1 or later. To import a preset or bank in GUITAR RIG, proceed as described below: Open the File menu and select Import Preset. Navigate to the folder where you stored the preset. Select it and press Open. After the import of the preset you will find it in the Presets area of the GUITAR RIG browser.

Feel free to download and experiment with these Guitar Rig presets. Please note that the following presets work in Guitar Rig version 5 only.
The following presets feature exactly the same riffs recorded dry, then reamped through Guitar Rig’s Tape Deck using different presets. The riffs are played with a Gibson Les Paul Traditional, bridge ’57 pickup.
